Our shop is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A local delivery fee of $7.00 will be added to each order for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.) We call before we deliver to make sure someone is home. This assures that your gift will be received as perfectly as it left the store.

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Deliveries of orders to rural route addresses require a phone number. Deliveries to cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Nancy Sullivan, lead silk designer, joined Elizabethtown Florist in February 1986. She keeps the shop filled with elegant and festive table arrangements, swags, and her favorite floral piece -- wreaths.

Nancy enjoys working with customers in transforming their specified color schemes or design needs into floral works of art. She stays current with changing design trends by attending classes and area trade shows.

Terry Paris started with Etown Florist in 1996 and is one of our talented designers. Though he does both fresh and silk, his real passion is creating with fresh flowers.
Terry provides our customers with valuable insight for creating their own unique designs utilizing our Club Bloom Program.

Georgia Cross, Georgia Cross has worked at Etown Florist for about 8 years in many capacities. She has evolved into a very talented fresh floral designer. She enjoys making novelty creations such as a scarecrow out of carnations or a cute Santa from mums. She designs with a flair for the unusual.
Georgia is always eager to learn new design techniques and attends design classes 3-4 times a year along with the rest of our design team.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
